Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

If you are subscribing to Corvanix for the first time, you may request a full, instant refund within 14 days of your first payment — automatically approved as long as you haven't substantially used the AI credits that subscription included (up to 20% used is fine; this keeps the guarantee genuine while preventing someone from using the full credit allowance and then requesting their money back). Requests above that usage level, outside the 14-day window, or for renewal charges are reviewed individually — submit a request from your account panel or contact support@corvanix.app and we respond within 1 business day.

Credit packs are delivered to your account immediately upon purchase and never expire, but are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of billing error or a technical failure that prevented delivery. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK: under the Consumer Rights Directive, you would normally have a 14-day withdrawal right on a purchase like this, but that right does not apply once digital content has started being supplied with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right. By completing checkout for a credit pack, whose credits are applied to your account immediately, you provide that consent and acknowledgement.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your data. This cannot be undone.

Corvanix uses Polar.sh as its Merchant of Record. This means Polar handles billing and, where applicable, refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
